Parking Around Ingersoll Houses
Street cleaning, meter and no-parking times for every block around the development, from Myrtle Avenue to Park Avenue and Tillary Street, so you know when to move your car.
Street Cleaning
Alternate side parking. No parking on that side during the posted time so the sweeper can pass.
Metered Parking
Most blocks next to Ingersoll have no meters. On Myrtle Ave (south side, Fleet Pl to Ashland Pl) meters are 2 hours, 8 AM–7 PM except Sunday. Pay at the meter or with ParkNYC.
No Parking
Bus stops, hydrants and “No Standing Anytime” zones. You can be ticketed or towed any time.
Special Rules
Police vehicle zones on Prince St, school-day zones on Park Ave, truck loading, ambulance, carshare and back-in parking. Read the sign.
Highlighted rows have street cleaning on that day. On the Ingersoll side of the street, cleaning is mostly Thursday and Friday. Sunday has no street cleaning and meters are free.
